Default No spark after some engine maintaince, please help

Hey guys, I have a 98 gsr, as the title states I have no spark being thrown to any cylinders after we did some maintaince. We pulled the engine to do the work. It was running fine before we did the maintaince. Now after the work we cant get it to throw a spark. A couple of weeks ago we kinda had the same problem, was not getting a spark to any cylinder, found a bad coil to be the reason. Replaced the coil pac and it ran fine for a couple weeks untill we tried to do some maintaince, which included plugs, wires, timing belt, h2o pump, valvecover, etc.. Hooked everything back up after maintaince and got no spark. We even tried a new coil pac incase the new one was bad. Still nothing.. Just verified that the timing belt is in the right position on the gears.. PLEASE HELP!!! I NEED MY CAR RUNNING... ANY SUGGESTIONS OR HELP, PLEASE...

Start by making sure there is power to the distributor assembly, [black/yellow] when ign. switch is on, if so, check the ICM in the distributor, maybe it was the problem all along.94

PS, insure all connections to the coil/ICM are solid/tight connections.94

All connections seem to be good and tight. Anybody else have an idea?

So you actually pulled the engine out to change the waterpump and do a tune-up? hahahahahaha... oh right, sorry man, I couldn't help myself.

Anyway, pull the distributor cap off, turn the key on and check to see if you're getting power to the coil, if so, then the problem is somewhere in the distributor, but if not, then follow the source of the power with the test light and see where the problem is.

We also had other shi- to do, timing belt, throwout bearing... We just figured it would be easer to pull the engine.. U disaggree? At this point we think its the ICM/ distributor..
