Default no spark.... wont start!!!!

90 integra ls...
-there is power to the coil

-checked all grounds, thermo, tranny and vavle cover??

-i have checked the coil i get .01-.00 ohms the specs are .06-.08 but they tested with the coil being 70 degrees , but i can get the car to start to warm it up.?.?

-checked the secondary from coil tower and + coil terminal and its within spec...

- i got to the igniter everyting there has power like its suppsoe to, is there another way of tessting this???? dont understand the contuity stuff..

-also while staring it the tach is kiinda bouncing around from to 0-1000rpm's

its a buddy of mines car, appreciate all the info if anyone has any... gonna swap a new dizzy with it tomorrow

.... i keep seein ceck fuse 32 , i dont see a fuse #32 in the dash fuse box, is htere another box???? i need to check for continuty in 2 wires otehr hten that i did everyting esle thanks!!!

Those pics are actually from a crx, I just put them up there because testing the component is basically the same.
