Default No power to Coil! Help please

Ok, I bought a 98 USD Integra Type R that had been rear ended. When I try to start is it turns over, but there is no power the the coil. However, there is power to the ignition switch. The battery was out of the car when I got it and it had an aftermarket alarm installed. I have already un-installed the alarm, and it made no difference. If anybody has any suggestions they would be much appreciated. Thanks

Get a coil blaster and pull out the internal factory coil.

Maybe the ignition control module or maybe the starter kill on the alarm wasn't disconnected properly.
