Default No one has been able to diagnose this problem......please help!!!

just swapped a jdm h22 into my eg hatch.......when i turn the accesories on, instead of the fuel pump priming for 2 seconds and stopping the fuel pump just keeps on priming......any suggestions will help

get your wiring diagram. find the fuel pump wire in the main relay connector, if it's on the main relay might be on. If its not on, you somehow connected your fuel pump to a ign switched power. If it is on, measure the wire that switches it on the power side and the ground side. One of them must be on when it shouldnt be, and that is your problem.

What was so hard about that?

the main relays control side is grounded by the ecu. If you have ran the wires for the vtec I would double check that everything is pined at the correct terminals on the ecu plug as I have seen the same problem where the press switch wire was pined at the wrong terminal at the ecu plug causing the ecu to continuosly ground the main relay. If all checks out replace the ecu.

thx guys, just found out the previous owner hard wired the pump in for his K setup - just gonna re wire the standard way . thx again
