If you bleed the clutch line properly and it still doesn't build pressure then you either have a leak in the line or the clutch master cylinder could be bad.

When you bleed do you make sure the master cylinder is always full so that it does not pull air into the lines?

Does a strait stream of fluid come out of the bleeder valve? Or are you still getting air bubbles coming out?

Is the pin at the transmission being lined up properly? (The pin the the fluid pushes)

Lift up on the clutch pedal manually with the bleeder valve open. press the pedal down and lift manually until pressure starts building, as soon as a steady stream comes out the bleeder valve have a buddy tighten the valve while you keep the clutch depressed.
