Default NITROUS installation.

i recently got a great deal on a nos kit from a friend of mine. only thing is i am not quite familiar with the installation of the kit.

anybody know where i can find i set of instructions for installing a NOS dry kit?

i'm 100% sure about everything except where the T-fitting for the vaccuum line plugs in. which line does it splice into??

just wire the solenoid up to the switch and mount the bottle and solenoid and run the lines.

no dude, dry nitrous kits have another pressure line that pressurizes a vaccuum line either on the FMU or the fuel return line in order to raise the fuel pressure and keep everything from going lean. and i dont know where it installs. so if anyone has a NOS dry kit set up and knows where to tap the T, that'd be great.

The "T" taps into the vacum line for the Fuel pressure REG but MAKE SURE you have the Metal "T" with the Bypass Jet in it the Bypass jet points toward the Nos unit...

You should be able to unscrew one end of the T and there should be a jet inside.

It matters what kit he has. I have seen it both ways. Some have the jet in the nipple in between the solenoids and some have the jet in the "T" fitting for the Fuel pressure reg.

gahhh.... i don't know whether it goes in the vac line or the fuel return line.

the T is brass, probably with a jet. it unscrews just like the nozzle. i'll check tomorrow. on the solenoid end, it has a blue regulator type thing with a barb fitting for the line.

does anyone have the instructions or know where i could find the instructions online??? either that or a picture of a dry nitrous setup? that would be all i would really need...

Like I answered the question before, I have seen the jet in the 't' and in the vacuum canister between the solenoids. Both were the same kit (5.0 mustang). The one with the jet in the canister was the newer kit. Maybe I am reading your question wrong? whats confusing you?
