Default NewB w/ clutch issues...

first post here.

I used the search method to no avail...

Here's the problem:
94 gsr motor in eh-2, clutch is a disc/puck combo made at a local clutch house known for making quality parts. It's been installed approx two mos now and I'm noticing in the AM or when I have'nt been driving for a while, I push in the clutch to turn over the motor and all the resistance is against the floor, not where it usually is significantly higher.

Also the gears grind like crazy, but only when I experience this problem. I'm pretty confident I installed it correctly as this has only been happening for a month of the two I've had it in. It litterally feels as if theres no clutch or like it's smoked, but it'll still grab like crazy. I'm thoroughly confused and all you help is appreciated.

BTW: new clutch master, and I have enough fluid and it's properly bled.

Where is the clutch master cylinder from? Is rebuilt by a monkey that knows **** or Honda genuine original? The seals inside can go bad and not push fluid properly. Otherwise I would say air in the system but you say its good.

Clutch master was new when I bought it from a wholesale house, so that could be the problem except for this master has seen many other clutches/motors previously w/ no issues.

I was wondering about the slave but I always thought if that was bad you would'nt have petal at all...like it would be stuck on the floor, no?

I will once again bleed the system out, I suppose that could'nt hurt.

clutch bled again, and after several days of sitting without running at all, almost all the pressure escaped the clutch system...i could'nt even get into gear, i had no clutch untill I pumped it up wiyh my foot.

Can anyone tell me if this symptom is most likely a bad slave cylinder?
