Default New to the honda scene

whats up peeps New to this site and the honda scene. I'm looking at purchasing a 90' model civic hatchback. I know I need to go from dual point to multi point. But what would be some good hard running motor options. I want something for a good foundation to run a turbo setup. Something with a good strong bottom end. I was thinking LS turbo
