Default New Engine Break in and Compression test results/questions HELP NEEDED PLEASE

I have a newly built D16Z6/Y8 Combo motor.
I have idled it 10 times no more than 10 minutes and have driven it 5 miles (because it's still running like crap)

I have been Idling it with first the stock 240 injectors, then with 550's and AFR has been about 18-19:1 at Idle, but drops down to 14-15 when I rev it a bit (NO Load)
My basemaps are all made by Jeff Evans who told me to break it in and make sure everything is running before going to tune.

1st question - Is it dangerous to Idle so lean?

I did a compression test today and got
232; 217; 217; 220

The cylinder with 232 seems to have oil oil the top and has a dark spark plug.
All other cylinders have grayish spark plugs.

Should I be worried?
Should I take the car and try to break it in on the road? If so, what precautions should I take?

I really don't want to waste a tuning appointment with Jeff by not being ready. Is it dangerous to run slightly lean at low loads? I have left the Wastegate open to avoid boosting
Internals are forged (JE pistons, AEM Rods, RS Sleeves) Head is stock valves/valvetrain but Ported DIY.

idling lean is fine, as long as it does not lean under load.

Oil on top of cylinder is never a good sign, trust me. I went through all of this last year at this time. This is probably why this cylinder has higher compression readings as the oil increases the compression. Is it smoking at all? Can you get a picture of the plugs?

I'll try to get a picture, but I'll only be able to take them on Sunday.

Ladysman - what was your problem and how did you fix it?

Hey man, don't stress so bad. I would break it in with stock injectors and and stock computer. Just idle it for one heat cycle. Drain and change the oil and go to your dyno appointment. The rings will seat the first pass on the dyno all the way.

Don't worry about the oil, you still have time to seat the rings unless you went under load at 18-19AFR's and scorred the crap out of the cylinders.

With the bigger injectors, it should be running rich at idle and lean out as load and rpm increase. Are you sure your wideband is working accurately?

Oil is what's causing compression to be higher, the spark plug that's black sounds like it's running excessively rich, probably from the oil blocking the spark path each time the plug fires. Do a leak down test to find the cause of the oil leak, i'm sure it's probably a bad valve seal if compression was so high.
