Default New bearings and crank question

i just installed new bearings and had my crank ground .10 under and i plastigauged it all they were in spec by .0015 and .002. i used rolay purple assembly lube and when i go to turn the crank over by hand its harder than it should be once you get it turning its easy but when you stop for 5 min and try to spin it again its hard???? i pulled each bearing off and checked them all looked good! torque specs are correct i have no clue to why this would be happening can anyone help
