Alright so I was doing some "spirited" driving in my H22 swapped civic .I was at 6500 rpms in 3rd gear and the pressure plate exploded and of course took the bellhousing out as well . so i looked for a new or used trans and confirmed what i already knew ,trans for h22 apps aint cheap so im thinking of just attaining a front caseing to replace my exploded one because the internals of my trans are still good . so that brings me to two questions ,the first is where can i find a good write up on H series trans diss/reass ive used the search and all i get are d/b series im probably just not putting in the right combination of words so any help pointing me in the direction of the proper thread would be appreciated.
the second question is where can I find a front casing for a good price the honda dealer wants like 400 and something dollars and all the junk yards ive talked to said that they dont have any bad H series transmissions nor do they have any casings.and i dont want to pay as much for shipping as i pay for the part

any help would be appreciated .
Ive misplaced my NOMEX suit so please dont flame .

it should have the transmission dis and reassem
