i posted this before but was unable to find it again with the "search." they are powerslot rotors and project mu brake pads. someone advised me on how to break them in through a certain pattern. 60-0, 40-0, 30-0 several times but i can't remember specifically. thanks.

normal driving will be fine...try not to slam on the breaks for a couple hundred miles.

I'm sure manufacturors have different processes. IIRC the Hawk instructions for bedding the pads are 6 to 10 hard stops from 30, then 6 to 10 hard stops from 45. Absolutely no brake dragging/riding. Then park the car and let the brakes cool down. If it's safe enough, leave the parking brake off so the rear pads aren't pressed hard against the rotors.
