Default need someone knowledgable enough to help me identify tranny problem...

Its a B17, If the car is moving forward slowly, and I go from neutral to 1st or 2nd, sometimes it would grind. But this doesnt happen when I am at a complete stop.

Syncros... end of story.

You syncros are bad or going bad. That is the most common problem on honda trans missions.
