Default need some injector help

i was wondering what type of injector i should be running i have a gsr block wit11.3 comp with b16a head with ss valves with itake header and ext.with underdrive pully , because when i run my stock inj my car leans out really bad at about 6to 7 grand. so i was wondering if 310 would be enough and would i have to still mess with the afc

Is bumping up the fuel pressure out of the question? I don't know how well the vafc can drive the 310s, but if they can you'll have to go standalone or FMU.
Maybe i'm wrong.

Stock 240cc should be fine with your mild NA setup. 310's would be a good investment if you plan on further upgrades like headwork, cams, etc. Bump the fuel pressure to around max stock spec (47 psi w/ hose off) and trim the curve on a dyno with an Apexi SAFC.

well i have cams in there there the crower beast cams , because with the stock gsr inj i would lean out around 7 -85 grand real bad even with adding more fuel at wide open thrr so i fig the 310 should be good but what i wanna know is will i have too subtract fuel at idle with these or are these a plug and go play.....

you can try some other Honda injectors, 270cc Accord or 290 Prelude. you can pick them up for pretty cheap and i know the Accord ones (prolly the Lude ones too) bolt right in without mods. i've used the Accord injectors before in my B18C1 and it ran rich around the stock fuel pressure. with the mild N/A setup i had the stock 240cc injectors were fine, but i was running a Walbro 255HP pump which ran at 50psi on the stock FPR. i had a setup similar to yours, minus the cams cause i ran the stock P72 cams.

the 310's are nice but i don't think they are needed really. the other higher flowing Honda injectors may work great for you and cost much less than the RC or the like injectors.

I agree, I'd go w/ the '97+ Prelude injectors. Another option for you might be Motorsport injectors. I just picked up 8 brand new 39# SVT injectors for $227. There's slight modification required(different o-rings), but they're high impedance and look like they'll work like a charm for me.

Now that you are indicating you have cams, and aggro ones at that, the situation changes. Incomplete questions get incomplete answers, anyway...Prelude injectors (290cc) or 310cc injectors will suffice. Keep in mind the SAFC is just for trimming, you realistically can only go +12% with it...that is not a whole bunch of fuel increase. Only the dyno will answer your question about leaning out the 310's after installation...

Yeah but between the injectors, Vafc, and fuel pressure regulator he will be fine. The larger cams make a big difference in required fuel.

You'll need a wideband reading to set all this properly.
