Default need some help with motor swap

i have a 1995 honda civic cx hatch, i recently swapped out the d16z6 motor that was in it for a 1998d16y8 motor, i used the z6 wiring harness...and i choose to use the y8 intake manifold.....then i was told that it would be easier if i used the z6 manifold....now that would elimante the sensor that is connected by hoses...but now there is a clip that comes off the back of the motor that looks to be by the timing belt cover and theres no where on the harness for it to plug in...can someone please help me out here and tell me what all has to be done for this swap to be complete...i already have the obd1 injectors, axles, harness, linkage, obd1 p28 ecu with 2 step....but im confused with the intake manifolds and that clip
all help and thoughts would be appreiciated...please help me out
