need some advice

do i have to have all three bolt for the mount in the block cause one oh the bolt broken in the block and i dont wanna take the motor out i only have two to begin with one top and one one bottom but i think they we lose and vibrate out so i wanna get to fresh top bolt and tight good what do u think
