Default Need to Pass MD emissions!!!!!!!!!

Anyone in MD will know what I'm talking about. When testing for emissions

1) A certified emissions inspector will check for leaking fluids, excessive smoke, signs of tampering with the exhaust system, a gas cap, dashboard warning lights, and badly worn tires. Nothing is disconnected.

2)onboard diagnostic (OBD) test is required for vehicle model year 1996 and newer powered by gasoline, propane or natural gas with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 8,500 pounds or less.

Does anyone know a sure fire way to pass the diagnostic test, I mean I can just change the exhaust back to stock etc... to pass the visual inspection, but since my car is a 2000 they aren't gonna run it on the treadmill. They just like plug in the car??? Any help is appreciated I'm pretty sure my car won't pass since its all motor making 208 whp.

You don't have to change the exhaust thats not an issue. Since it's a 00 just use someone's OBD2-OBD1 computer in your car for the day. The emission's test can't read a OBD1 cumputer so they pass it. Thats what i did to pass.

my 99 didn't get plugged in to a computer. they just ran it on the treadmill, checked the gas cap, and the guy made a halfassed effort at looking under the car with a mirror.

i'm up for testing again sometime this month
