Default need little help

I have 95 Accord with a H22a dropped in .. Got that done. But according to a site I just read on, that does nothing but dyno's to prove whats actually better for you. They did a test with ECU and they found out that the GSR ecu will help you more then the H22a's Lil lag on the gsr around vtec kick in then all of a sudden BOOM POWER like CRAZY! so thats what im planing to do. But here is the thing i want to use all of the power. i want my redline to hit 8k. What did I need to get my motor to hit there and not mess up anything. Like valves, springs.. etc.. what else do i need?? thanks guys. need to know soon so i can get this done. i want to see the diffrence between the ecu...
If you guys want site let me know..

There really is no point in revving to 8,000 RPM unless you have the valve train making power at that high RPM. You'll need to get springs/retainers and cams to produce power that high.
