help once again thankx guys
how can i make my 95 civic ex redline higher.... will it beable to handle a higher redline like maybe 8200 if not whats the highest.. to redline higher what should i get valves?? retainers??

first of all there is no need to rev higher if you do not make power in the higher rpm range... what is your goal for this higher redline?

exactly what ur saying i wanna produce more power so i can rev higher so i wanna know what parts i should buy to produce more power so i can rev higher thankx if u answer this it helps me alot sorry for being a newbie

I assume your still running the SOHC? im not to familiar with redlines on those cams, but for higher revs you will need better springs and retainers.. and also a ecu programmed for this and dynuo tuning to achieve the full potential of the setup..

springs and retainers will do it, but you're not going to find any cams that are going to make useable power that high up. Not for a D-series anyway. Look at dyno results for the popular ones, like the Zex 59300, and you'll see peak HP in the mid-high 6's.
