need ideas for a cam in a d16

anyone know of any good cam companies that has made a reliable cam with mild performace and mild gas intake??? want to put in a cam but not sure which company to go with. but i also want to keep it reliable and not suck more gas. any one know of any good ones??

The OEM cam works best for MPG

I have the Crower Stage 2 camshaft with their valvesprings and Tit retainers and I would recommend it to anyone looking for one. I hear the Comp Cams / Zex cam is a really good one too. Neither help MPG, and may not pass emissions, so it all depends on what you're looking for.
