Step 1: sell your car

Step 2: buy another integra with an automatic

(sorry to seem like a jerk but this is the most practical method of approaching the situation)

Sorry read it in a hurry. You'll need a new pedal assembly, shift linkage, transmission (naturally), flywheel, clutch, ECU, wiring harness (depending upon how good you are with electrons), probably axels, and it would be good to replace the tranny mount. OH, and you'll need the shifter and the assembly that goes with it, and if you want it to look clean, probably a new guage cluster. Pull the auto, and everything associated with it (the easy part), make sure you get the torque converter and driveplate. In my opinion it's easiest to get the wiring out of the way first, the simplist thing to do is to just replace the harness and ECU with one from a manual transmission engine. Then install the shift linkage, shifter and associated parts. Put in the flywheel and clutch, replace the mount, the put in the tranny. Then buy some brand new axels (unless you already have some good ones). It's a relatively straightforward swap, I've helped out on a few of them, but realistically, it is a lot easier to buy a car with a manual, move all your mods from one to the other, and sell the automatic. If I was any help at all let me know.
