Need Hondatech Help!

Motor just died!
Last night I was driving along and the car all of a sudden the motor cut out. CEL solid light came on and the motor wouldn't start. I have Hondata and the blue box will not light up. I tried cranking the car over again and the main relay is going crazy with a clicking noise. What I have done so far is.
1. New OEM battery
2. New ground into the main relay
3. Checked the grounds on the engine
4. Used my ECU and MAP, bluebox in another car and it worked fine, vice versa with my buddies Hondata setup but still no joy, just rapid clicking from the relay.
4. Checked ALL the fuses.
5. Took my old main relay out and tried it on another car, fired up first time.
I'm hitting a brick wall now as it seems the relays is not playing ball with my car. The ECU and pump does not power up enough/prime!
Any suggestions would be grateful.
I also have an MSD Digital 6 ignition system but surely that wouldnt affect the relay from clicking like crazy??
