need help with vafc tuning
Just start of rich and slowly lean it out on the low map till you have an afr of 13-14.7 just driving around town - then go to your high map when the low is set and start off rich and tune it till you see around 11-11.5 afr at full throttle - Start in increments of rpm's from low to high tuning each thousand rpm to the given afr -for instance if you are at 2000rpm and floor it and see anything below 11 afr or if its popping rich then lean it out till you see 11 afr, then go to 3000rpm and so on - It would really help as to what setup you are running, like check valve on map sensor, an fmu, ignition retard of any kind, fuel, amount of boost. Not to sound negative but a long time ago I used a vafc for turbo and its not that good of a setup for turbo. and most of all good luck
I have found that it helps to have like a 4:1 fmu along with a vafc to help assist the vafc in the on boost fuel levels but with that little boost you could go either way
