99-00 Civic Ex my turn signals flash when there on but I have no running lights with them when i have my lights on, im pretty sure ive checked the fuses and everything could it be anything else? I have no clue and need help. thanks

 

Could it be burned out bulbs? There's 2 filaments in those bulbs, and one could be open.

Yup. I actually put tape over one of the little bumps of the turn signal bulbs a while ago to only make them come on when I had my blinker turned on.

just kiddin just replace the bulbs it cost like 2 bucks if htat dosent work bust out the test light and wiring diagram
