ok.... i was driving on higway crusin at like 3000 rpm and it kinda just seem to fall on its face out of nowhere and kinda does it intermitently, then just floored it and problem went away for a little while. any suggestions???

also check engine light comes on every little while and when its on car idles at like 1800-2000 rpm then mysteriously goes away.

these problems just started...car sat for like 3 months.... needed clutch, got lil lazy about it waitin for summer........2 weeks ago did clutch, tranny, and flywheel put on like 50 then did new ws2 exhaust with new bosch 02 sensor and have out on the other 450 for the clutch over the weekend with a long drive and since then have had these intermitent problems.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

first find out what the check engine light is on 4

 

i have'nt been able to because its not consistent its on then it goes off all the sudden.

In my experiences I've never had a CEL go away on its own. See if you can get any codes pulled from the ECU. Maybe that will lead you to your problem.

 

ive seen it happen b4 .. on my 91 hatch it used to . i dunno

 

i clears and goes away on its own then randomly comes back. went to take it yesterday but wasn't on so i figured there was no point. pain in the ***
