Default need help smoke out the tail pipe

i did a swap on my civic put a b18b1 had a rebuilt head put on all honda gaskets and fully rebuilt block the compression is 195 or higher on all cyclinders it has type r oversized pistons but besides that all stock any ideas ? smoke use to be thick black put a new fully rebuilt head now its a lighter gray white runs good but smoke is killing me

could either be water or oil getting into the cyclinders. maybe the piston rings didnt seat right and they leak oil

usually u do a leakdown test by pulling ur head and leveling the pistons at a certain point and pour a level amount of gas onto each piston and see in an hr if it leaks down through the piston. or u can do a compression check but thats not gonna determine if its only the piston rings.

it can usually be something to do with the head like the valve stem seals. does ur car overheat? if it does can be head gasket.
