I been having this issue ever scine i got the s300 n lost two motors,Not saying S300 a bad thing i know plenty of people that have it and it wonderful. I have check all grounds, Change out distributor, brand new NGK wires , add 2 more grounds. The car is run now on a stock ls/vtec with ctr cams boosted @12 psi, hondata 3bar map,1000cc,4 dp w/ 3inch cat back not cat or resinator. The car was boosted in the past with Uberdata and car never had a issue but i want to upgrade in managment.

It runs and idles fine when i get on it one min it will be fine, Next min when i boost it agian after 5k it jumps alittle like for instance 5-6 6-7. we had left a 7 limit just to be safe.Note i bought a brand new distributor which i also had try in a buddys car and it work good and smooth. please some one help. If need more info i will try my best to get you all the info needed.
