Default Need help please, Lsvtec

Whats up guys i have a lsv and well i have a couple problems that i need help with so reason why i came on honda tech since b20vtec.com is nothing but entertainment.Well i have a couple of problems My first problem is my cam gear pully is loose. Now this may sound noobish but should i take off my belt and tighten it or it dosen't matter i could do it with the belt on? and how many LBS of tourq from the wrench will i need to apply,That's my 1st question.

2nd question i have a typhoon intake mani and i am leaking gas from my injectors (b16) and the problem is the "o" ring on the first injector. Now i herd that some say i cant swap out the plastic ring due to the intake mani and the set up,if so is it true ? and which o ring will i need to buy? If not can i just go ahead and buy b16 injector "o" rings?

3rd question, when i got the car (EF hatch) my motor didn't pass 4k,now the guy i got it off said fix the speed senor and put a basemap in the ecu it came with. Now the p28 is chipped but have no idea if its running chrome or what.So a few people told me it could be my wiring in my harness or could be my Distributor on my car orr the chip on the p28 went bad.Its a Obd1 harness in the EF so idk what could it be? Is this a simple fix? where can i start to eliminate things?

-thanks,The upscale.

are you throwing any codes? what code?
how loose is the cam gear? if it just a few threads no problem. just tighten it up. if your worried about it, loosen tensioner, tight cam gear bolt, spin motor counter clockwise 1/4 turn, tighten tension bolt. with those low tq bolts, i just tighten it up putting alittle pressure. check timing w/timing light

oring top or bottom of injector? both can be replaced no problem. not familiar with typhoon intake though

lets get the first 2 fixed first
