Default Need help picking a suspension system....

I was gonna turbocharge my car next, but since my suspension is all wacked, I think I'll do that next. I mean, come on, power is nothing with out control right?

My current suspension setup ( 99 civic hb ) consists of this:

Stock shocks / struts
Spring progressive springs in the back
Cheap R1 coilover sleeves on the front

I have this setup because of thieves were trying to steal my suspension stuff, and this is all I had left and also, because I was on a budget.

My budget right now is: 400 - 950

My problem is that I don't know what is going to suit me best.
My car is a daily driver, which which I like to drive somewhat aggressively at times , possibly would like to get involved in some type of autox later on too...
So i'm kinda looking for competitive autocross setup, but still is streetable.

These are my choices ( and you can suggest something else if you think it might be better) :

Apexi World Sport Dampers $944 shipped

i think only one shock setting and adj. springs

Tein super street coilover kit $950 shipped

16 way adjustable shocks and adj. springs

Tokico illumina coilover set $730 ( shipped ? )

illumina shocks and adjustable springs

And then i think landspeed racing (.com) has some packages as well like 4 tokico (blues?) with skunk 2 springs for around $500.

Anyone have any input for me?

Also what about the JIC suspension systems?
