Default Need help with a jumper harness

Ihave a problem my car wont start. i had my engine light flickering and i new it was the ecu. i played with the wires down there and got the light to go off. i went to put the carpet back in and the motor cut off. after i got it started again it would make it to 5000 and breakup bad. i did everything to fix it to no avail. i decided to buy a new jumper harness for my p28. i have everything wired up perfect except these 5 wires that came with the jumper. the paper says they are 3 grounds and 2 powers. i cant figure out for the life of me where these go. i think you ground the 3 rounds to any chassis ground. and someone told me the powers he to go to fuse 37 in engine bay fuse block. can anyone help, and does anyone know why it broke up at 5000
