Default need help..h22a motor!

I just installed Crower Cams on a 98-99 Accord with 99 H22a swap and when it hits vtec it feels like it has a rev limiter. what could it be? I have done everything and no luck please help. any help will be appreciated.

you need tunning for sure but first you need to make to put a fuel reg, check the ecu also, i know you need more fuel.

is the engine shutting down when vtec engages? explain a lil more what happens.
