It's a 92 civic VX. I have replaced the fan relay switch (or should i be using a fan control switch) and checked the fuses. I did unplug the fan and put power to it and it runs. Any help would be great.

This car did have A/C but I took it out.

ders is a ground that goes to the A/C compresore make sure u have that to ground<,<<<<

 

might try this unplug the relay plug cut a paperclip in half and plug the paperclip in to the relay plug this will make the fan run when the key is turned on at all times .
