Icon6 92 civic si radiator fan won't turn on

So I have a 92 civic si with a d16z6
It has a small turbo which was put in before I had to car, the turbo takes the place of the condenser fan.
My problem is the radiator fan I have doesn't turn on when the car starts to overheat ( needle going past half).
I know the fan works along with the relay and fuses, I currently changed out my ect, thermostat and fan switch
But i shorted the fan switch before I replaced it and the fan turned on with the key in ignition but after I replaced the switch the same thing would happen
I have also bled the coolant system
Thank you very much for your feed back

How did you check your fan switch?

By putting a paper clip in the terminals and turning the key
The fan comes on
Doesn't that mean the fan switch is bad ?
But I just put a new one in but still nothing

No, it does not, what you just did was complete the circuit for the fan to come on. You didn't not test the actual switch the plug was connected to.

Describe exactly how you bled the cooling system.

What is it suppose to read? 5 volts? Or continuity
Or boil water and test it that way?
