jdm b18c swap into obd2 LS integra

skunk2 obd2-1 jumper harness

we're trying to get rid of code 21, so we're following the diretions in the pic

we cut the blue wire, soldered it into the red wire...and its still throwing the code

anyone know what we're doing wrong?

 

You shouldn't have had to do that with the harness.

 

<shrug> i was just asked by my friend to solder the wiring like the diagram, and the CEL didn't go away, so he got all pissy i have no clue why its not working.
