Default Need help car wont start

I need help, I was driving my brother 92 civic LX stoped at trafic light. When light turned green, once I step on accelerate the car stalled and won't start again. I checked there is no ground injector pulse signal from ECU, but do have power. I removed the inlet fuel pipe on fuel filter there is no fuel when ignition key on. Fuel pump seem like doesn't turn on when ignition key on. My guess is the Fuel pump relay gone, is it possible?
Anyone know where is the fuel pump relay locate? According from service manual it say on driver side fuse holder area. But I can't find it. Also anyone know the parts # of fuel pump relay?

HELP

The main relay (controls fuel pump) is notorious for overheating...

the main relay is located under the dash, you probably need a new one considering the multitude of them i have replaced on hondas and acuras.

I found the relay. I also found out the car has no spark. I m sure Distributor cap, rotor, coil and ignitor all good. cause I swaped it to another car to tested it.
what can make the car no spark , no fuel, injectors no signal from ECU, no power to fuel pump??

Honda puts the fuelpump relay together with relays that power the ECM & the distributor. All one unit, they call it a main relay.
