Default Need Help!! B18 Hesitating/Loss of power

92 Civic Hatch Cx
94 GSR swap.

SEVERAL months ago I was driving the car it randomly started to hesitate during acceleration. If you kept blipping the throttle it would eventually go away after 3 or 4 mins. I assumed it was my 10+ year old msd distributor with the shitty external coil. I dealt with this problem for 2 or 3 months only because it would happen very very rarely. Then one day the car became extremely hard to start, So i said to hell with it and parked it over the winter. So yesterday I decided to decided to get the car back up and running, but everything I've done is still not working. I've done mostly everything I can think of but I wanted to get some advice before I continue to dump money into the car.

Engine timing is spot on
Though it might have been water in the gas, pumped the old gas out replaced it with new gas

#1 Brand new TD-44U Distributor, new Ignition Coil, new Rotor, new Cap.
#2 Brand new Spark Plug Wires
#3 Brand new Spark Plugs
#4 Brand new Main Relay
#5 Brand new Fuel Filter

Only thing I can think to replace is the injectors which will be last because they are the most expensive, and a new oxygen sensor. If anyone has any suggestions of what else it could be i would greatly appreciate the help.

Decided to quit being lazy, went and unplugged my 02 sensor from the harness, and she seems to be running good again. CEL is on but that obvisouly for the sensor being unplugged and with that it still runs 100x better than with the 02 sensor hooked up.
