Default Need help b16a2 head

Have a b16a2 and I wanna put type r cams in it tht I bought, I know you can't run stock springs, can I use gsr on the one side an be safe

Run type R springs. I am not sure of the part number on GS-R springs, but new builds should use new parts to prevent valve float at high RPM, correct or not.

If your going through the trouble of type R cams, go for an aftermarket valvetrain and cams.

Get some supertech springs for it. They are under $150 for the set, and you can keep your stock retainers.
