Hey guys. Having a small problem with my stock 89 crx si. It drives fine when im accelerating but when im just cruising doing like 40mph, it will randomly stutter but only for a second and it will keep driving fine. It doesn't do it so much that its undriveable, just kind of annoying. It feels like someones very lightly tapping the brake only for a second and letting off. I was thinking maybe TPS is going bad. It doesn't seem to do it on the highway really just more on the streets. Any ideas?

What have you done already to pinpoint the issue aside from driving it? You mentioned the TPS. Did you try and recalibrate it? When was the last tune up?

Nothing yet, hasn't bothered me enough to make me look that hard into it. I havent tried the tps, its still factory with rivets but i guess i could take the tb off and test it with the multimeter. But i was thinking it might be hard to see on a multimeter since it doesnt happen all the time? It has new plugs, wires, and dist. cap.
