Default Need help ASAP engine light will not go off..

All I did was wash my car, an hour later, I go to go drive off to a bbq , start the car 2 sec later engine light goes on.. went in to limp mode for a sec then died.
I pulled the hazard fuse to see if would reset the ecu, did'nt do ****, it'll start for asecond then go put put die.. I have a tuned ecu on crome, p28, I pulled the chip of the tune made sure it was clean put it back in, disconnected the battery and will still do the same..??? wtf
I go to check the codes and all it will do is have a steady light, and will not falsh. I jumped the service check connector..

Any thought's as what might be the problem??

It's in a '89 crx si, built 1.8 vtec, obd1... turbo... an hour after I parked it back in limp mode, tried again and all it does is crank, no starty! Thinking the chip is bad, day before it did'nt feel as strong when I was driving now today it's dead.. drove fine this morning come afternoon and now this crap..
