I have a 96 cx and i am swaping in my boosted motor out of my 00 si. well on problem is that there is and extra plud on the inside of the si that i do not have on the cx. Car will not function without this plug...

In the 1st pic i have circled the plug that is on the si and not on the cx... what is this


and in this pic you can see what it looks like in the cx, only has the one green plug




so i guess the question is what is my easiest way out of this

 

i take it u are using the 00si wiring harness???? u will have to use ur exsiting obd2a 96 cx wring harness and lengthen and add wires......

u can use the 00 si harness but u must change u under dash harness, 99-00 cars are obd2b which have a different connector at the ecu which is y u have a plug that doesnt fit...
