just finish install and i getting an hign idle about 15grand...what is the normal idle 1grand???? how do i correct this? i check all vacuum hoses no luck...what else could it be need help asap

 

15grand is a very high idle... not very much info. here, but i'll work with what u gave...

check your throttle cable and double check you're vacuum lines.

edit: not sure ur motor and car, but generally idle is somewhere close to 700rmps.

There are a ton of idle problems, I think the most common one is dealing with the ecu and vacum lines. Good luck

 

check your intake gasket by spraying air intake cleaner around it. If the idle fluctuates, you have found your problem
