Anybody can help me how to adjust my TPS sensor to its exact reading at 0.5V at Throttle Fully Closed and 4.5V at WOT. If can i need some clear picture for it so that easier for me to learn.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Yea, its rather easy. You do need a scaner though, and no not one of those stupid code readers. Your gonna need a scanner that can read live data. Once you have that you can see what your TPS reading is at closed throttle, set it to .5V. then make sure when your at wide open throttle it at the voltage you wanted. You do this ofcoarse with the key on and engine off. If you dont have access to a scanner or dont want to buy one. Your local garage should be able to do it for you. It doesnt take that long.

i can see my TPS sensor reading via my VAFC. Now its read 0.45V at Throttle fully closed, which mean i need to adjust it until 0.5V at fully closed throttle. what i need here is how to adjust it until its reading is correct.
Anyway, thanks for your concern man.

Yea it's fine at 0.45VDC+... Just as long as it's not below 0.40 or above 0.50VDC... As for testing it, SoCalAutotech, you don't need a diagnostics scanner tho it would work... Just a simple digital multimeter would do the trick... Your SIG line out of the TPS is the red wire (middle, between the power and ground) so you'll just need to tap into it and ground the other end over the chassis... Put your IGN on 2nd click and adjust everything from the engine bay... Even if you were off acidburns_di your VAFC displays everything you need to know... For now, just leave it... Just my $0.02

Thanks kataku2K3 for your good info. But, could you teach me how to adjust those TPS sensor in case it readings will out later. So that i can adjust it instantly without throw my money to workshops.
Yea no prob... The TPS is connected to the TB via some rivet-screws that Honda decided to use... They're really not that big of a deal to get loose if you have a Dremel tool with a cut off disk... Simply slot the heads of each of the two screws and take out just as you would a normal screw with a slot head screw driver... I normally replace these with REAL screws as it'll make it easier to adjust or take off if you do so again... If you decide to keep the stock rivet-screws just back them out a few turns to loosen up the TPS... You'll still need to watch your output reference voltage here but as you rotate the TPS itself (just how you can with a distributor to change igntion timing)... Say you were looking at it from the inside of the car forward (firewall to TPS) rotating it slightly clockwise will bring up the voltage and counter clockwise will take it down... Hope this is clear but let me know if you don't understand... Latez

Thanks a lot for your good info Kataku2K3. I did adjust my TPS sensor to it desired voltage at fully closed throttle, 0.5V. So now my idle is damn good rather than before. I don't expect that calibrate my TPS sensor is an easiest thing i can do. Thanks a lot my friend.
