need COOLANT line help!!!!!!!

WTF do this do. whats there perpose? and i cap them off safely? btw this is a 95 b18b motor

this one is come off of where the upper rad hose mounts up and it gose around to the back of the motor

and ends up here. it comes off of the back of the thermostat houseing

i'm cleaning up the motor bay and it's just one of those thats that are buging me. and i'm in the prosses of rerapping the engine harness so i'd like to get it out of the way
