Default need b18a timing help

ok, i bought a jg head with stage port and polish, daul springs, titanium retainers, stage 3 turbo regring cams, maulti angle valve job, hand lapped seats, and its milled or shaved whatever you want to call it, now heres my problam, i did many of timing belts on toyots for a toyota dealer and never had a problam, well anyway i get everything lined up according to the haines book, it starts but runs like crap. i can unplug plug wires for cylinders # 1,2,and 3, and it will run the same, sorttaaa different but kinda the same, and then if i unplug the one closest to the dist. it will stall. also when i go to line the marks on the cam gears lined up and the "up" words pointing up it seems like the cams dont want to stay in that position, id ont know if i need to adjust the valve rockers or what, and i heard i should line the holes up that are on the cams and cam bearings or "caps" then drop a 5 mm drill bit in the holes to keep the cams in place, should i do this or not, i have no problam with lining the crank mark up with the mark on the oil pump, its just the cams. and is there something in the distributer i should line up to? i need help on all this ****, with the cams in place and marks, and holes, and degrees and everything, if you guys could help me out and kinda give me some pointers on what im doing wrong let me know, and if anyone could tell me how to do it correctly, it would be greatly appreciated, and if anyone in in the philly area or near west chester or exton pa ill pay you to come help me, well thanks guys and Girls, and please reply and help me out here, also remember that the deck of the head is shaved and the cams are stage 3 regrinds, thanx alot

email DroppedRX7@aol.com if needed
