Default need advice on my LS VTEC

okay, my LS VTEC motor runs pretty strong , but seems like high end power is not really all there... wat i have on my setup is:
stock b16a head
skunk2 i/m
stock b16 cams w/aem cam gears
b&m fuel pressure & gauge
chipped p28 ecu
b18a block
.25 over CTR pistons
arp rod bolts
b20b oil pump(i kno a vtec one would be better but people say tha b20b/z are vtec pumps too, they even have the same part number so i think it should be the same)
i kno it probally needs to be tuned...but wat can they really do to it...i kno they adjust the cam gears and tuned up my fuel pressure a lil bit but what about my ECU???? can they do something to the ecu to make it match my motors set up???
any advice LMK....

CTR pistons in a 1.8L untuned.... whoa. That tune should be the biggest concern on your mind. But. If you want more top end power.... cams. PM D-rob and ask him his opinions if you like. He'd be glad to help you. I'll try and find the post of his setup.
