Need Advice!! Feild Vtec controller in Ek

I have the following mods

97 Dx Hatch
OBD2a P72
00 itr cams
00 b16a2 head
00 b20z2 block
6 puck
AEM-Cam gears, Fuel Rail, Fuel Pressure Regulator
Intake
Dc Sports Header

I want to tune my car soon. Will this be a good controller or should I use a VAFC?

A lot of people including myself have run into problems with the SFC, I managed to fix mine and it is an ok unit if you get it cheap but I would still recommend going with a VAFC.
