Default N/A vs Turbocharger

A friend of mine builts a turbocharger that adds 220hp to the S2000. But I prefer the N/A engines. Well how many hp could I gain with the following mods?
-valve spring set. (intake/exhaust)
-big bore throttle
-4-2-1 spoon exhaust
-racing gasket
-racing camshafts.
Over or Under 300hp?
If under then I should go with the turbo.

Id say if your looking for a big improvment in HP than go with a turbo, But if you gots the money to spend to go N/A than go for it.
A turbo is a quick and eazy way to add the power.
N/A is very costly and takes alot of tuneing.
