it depends on your tuning mainly, its not a stock motor. I am guessing that you have a GSR computer. if so I dont expect you to make more than 168whp. I am assuming you have stock exhaust also... with an intake. keep in mind if you go with a B16 head, stock with an ITR intake manifold, you will need to at least taper the GSR throttle body so it matches the ITR peice... if thats indeed what you did. you will have a nice hole in your VTEC at 4500rpm on the GSR map until about 5500rpm when the ecu prepares for th 5700rpm IAB when the GSR is on the secondaries to begin with. if you are running stock B16 cams also... well that will drop your power potential over even the GSR cams, GSRs make more by about 2-3whp everywhere in the curve. If you got yourself a hold of an 00-01 ITR intake or CTR intake cam you could install and run on that for a while. On the GSR computer you will be fine 8100rpm wont let you break anything unless you miss a shift... Anyways considering you will be making more compression on that merit alone which will be about 11.2:1 the JDM itrs with the GSR head do about 11.6 on the stock head gasket. I am guessing your out the door whp untuned will be about 160 with an un-ideal power curve unitl you can revise your setup with a decent cam and IHE and at least a VAFC. Then you will hit about 175-180whp if done right with what I mentioned above.

another suggestion... take it to a dyno where you can get a readout of your air fuel... and dont advance your timing past 15-16 until you do... just as a precaution... get those rings broken in first.
