Default my lsvtec quest

hey whats up...... well i had an ls non vtec for awhile and now it died, so now im getting ready to do my lsvtec motor. this friday march 21 2008 is my birthday. im heading to jhpusa.com to pick up my parts. im not sure what pistons i should use. i ordered over sized itr pitons but now i was changing my mind to b16 p30's. im not sure now. well the rest of my parts are rc 310cc injectors, blox intake manifold, 70mm throttle body, super tech valve springs and retainers, super tech high compression valves, stock gsr cams for now, h beam rods the head is ported and polish already, blox fuel pressure reg. itr oil pump, itr water pump, hondata i/m gasket, arp head studs, and thats about it. i want to kow what would be a good piston and cam to use????????? thanks for time

ooo and what kinda bearings should i
use??? im planing to take it too

well its all about opinions but the jdm b16 will put out more compression then the ITRs and if u get a high lift piston u need alil more compression to push them, for cams, depends how you are gonna drive it, daily or race. i would get some skunk2 stage twos or something similar in size with jdm b16 pistons, get some acl bearings or even oem
