my engine clicks when at low rpms 750-3000

i adjusted the valves and regapped the spark plugs yesterday
i also put in a valvetrain quieter additive, for stickey valves
i put in injector cleaner too, just for the hell of it

so it still clicks...it makes this noise whether or not im moving, so its not my axles, nor tranny

and if i put all logical troubleshooting aside, it sounds like my no 1 injector is ticking....its loud enough to hear with my window rolled up , and is loudest at idle

im thinking it might be my timing belt slapping the cover?
i am stumped

mine does it at start up...i think it's the pcv valve, but it stops after a few seconds...but i cna't hear your car so i can't tell. but mine is loud as well.

 

and i checked my oil too, its fine

 

lifters? mine click not loud as hell but if i lift the hood you hear it.
